just as the blossoms of the cherry tree are very fragile and beautiful when the show up in the spring - so is the kindness that Vicki has shown to me and that I sincerely felt when she not only expressed a willingness to work on this blog together with me but also expressed such great enthusiasm for this project - and since the word debt is sometimes utilized to express a feeling of gratitude - I therefore chose to include that in the title of this blog- :-)

  2. Vicki - with over 66,000 images in my galleries now - there is a way to continuously expose yourself to the different environments that each image creates and make sure that you are inspired and motivated in whichever way you wish -

I would love if you begin to tell me how you first began your working career and how you moved into the world of modeling that briefly mentioned to me -

  3. My career began at an early age. I started working at 16 and most opportunities fell into my lap. Rarely did I seek out anything, it came to me. I and a good friend have a passion for art. We use to visit the art galleries in So. Calif. and I purchased many Nagel and Leal portraits. Was also intrigued with Ansel Adams and had some of his works too. My friend introduced me to Leal many years ago and it was through that experience that the modeling happened. I did almost 8 years of runway modeling in So. Calif. and left that world behind when I moved to Oregon in 89'. I've been an entrepreneur most of my life and an idea person so with that combination many good things happened for me.

  4. I like that when you say things fell into your lap - because that means you understand about being open to opportunities that have come your way - and with that type of living you will always have great things happening to you -

So how did things develop when you moved to Oregon - and how did you happen to go there - ?

  5. I had met a friend in Los Angeles who told me about a get away resort in So. Oregon. I decided it was time for a much needed break with my girls so packed up my SUV and drove up. I fell in love with the area and knew I would eventually move there. It was a year later almost to the day that I moved and I've been here ever since. I've never regretted it for a moment. My life changed and its been fabulous ever since.

  7. Happy New Year Walter and I apologize for the late response. The beauty and trees of Oregon is what attracted me to move here. After living in the concrete jungle of So. California, this place was a refreshing new start for me. Many rivers, beautiful scenic drives and a much slower pace of living. I'm surrounded by mountains, a huge lake and Crater Lake is an hours drive from here. Its one of the most beautiful places you will ever see.
